Mechanizing and quantifying relationships in tabletop RPGs can be complicated. How does one decide exactly how divorced two characters might be, either now or in the immediate future? How can you determine the exact number of points required before a decisive break in your relationship occurs?

Filing Jointly is a project in which the humble instrument of the tax form is adapted to the task of understanding relationships. By correctly filling out Form 4334 for a couple of characters of your choice (either by yourself or with the qualified assistance of a relationship preparer) you can finally determine the exact amount owed (materially and emotionally) to each party in a platonic, romantic, extremely divorced or even bereaved relationship.

Furthermore, you can customize the nature of your relationship by filling out the additional Schedules 1-3 for particular types of emotional leverage in your relationship of choice. Scorekeeping has never been this easy!
